Pasture-Raised Heritage Berkshire Pork

We are pleased to offer our very own pasture-raised heritage Berkshire pork. Our pigs are raised on pasture/woodlot their whole lives and fed a very diverse non-GMO grain ration. They also enjoy a variety of garden goodies, apples, and pumpkins.  

 

You can find select cuts available packaged and frozen in our Sales Barn. If you’d be interested in a whole or half pig, we have two butcher dates a year. Please call or email us for details! Pigs are sent to Otto’s Meats in Luxemburg for processing. We are so pleased with this butcher as they use a natural curing method. They make use of celery salts for what you’d buy in the store as an ‘uncured’ meat, made without the use of added synthetic nitrites. In addition, all of their sausage flavorings are natural and do not contain any MSG.
