Common Questions
Can I bring my dog to the orchard?
No. Due to governmental regulations, food safety laws strictly forbid animals on a farm unless they are working animals.
May I eat fruit while I'm picking?
We know the fruit looks yummy! You may try ONE or TWO apples, but please put the rest in your bag! The crops we sell are our livelihood and income. Please show respect for us and our employees!
Do I have to bring my own picking bags?
During apple season we ask that you please leave your own bags at home. Our pick-your-own bags are sold in the Sales Barn. Please be sure to stop and pay in the barn before you pick.
Can I come to the orchard and walk around?
No. This farm is our home and while we love to have customers come pick during business hours, we do not allow people to walk through our orchards or fields without purchasing a pick-your-own from the Sales Barn. Please be respectful of posted open hours. This is a busy, working farm and for your safety please follow posted hours and rules.
Do you accept credit cards?
We prefer cash, but we do accept credit cards!
Do you allow professional photography sessions?
No. We are here for family time and pick-your-own customers! Feel free to take your own pictures and tag us on Facebook or Instagram.
Should I make a reservation to come pick?
No! We welcome individuals or groups during all business hours.
If you would like to schedule a field trip or special group visit please contact Hannah at (262) 305-3099 for pricing and scheduling.
Can I ask for a refund?
Your pick-your-own bag is admission to the orchard. We DO NOT offer refunds. What you pick from the orchard cannot be returned. Just as your pay for what is in your cart at the grocery store, you pay for what you pick.
